Prabhakaran is alive or dead?

Some of the people say that LTTE leader Prabhakaran is a savior and others say that he is a terrorist. That’s not the issue now. There are lots of controversies going on LTTE leader Prabhakaran’s death all around the world and especially in India & Srilanka. The Srilankan army stated that he is dead and officially released the video footages of dead Prabhakaran. Hope most of us would have seen that. This news created great sentimental feelings among his supporters and protests are going on here & there.

In this crucial moment the LTTE's 'chief negotiator' and 'international spokesperson’ Selvaraj Pathmanathan ( person who is in above picture) gave a statement in a website called www.puthinam.com that Prabhakaran is not dead and he is safe somewhere in Lanka. This statement from him created a very big confusion among the public that whether Prabhakaran died or not. Even some of the politicians and people still believe that Prabhakaran would have escaped even after seeing his dead body. This attitude of people itself shows how close he is to the heart of people but scenario differs in Srilanka. In Colombo people started celebrating his death by giving sweets, cakes and dancing in streets.

All news channels have put forward lots of questions on his death but still Lankan army didn’t answer that properly. Check out those unanswered questions and reasons for that question below. If possible try to answer yourself.

Question No.1: will a man carry an identity card along with him when he is in desperate hunt by army?

Reason for question: In that video footage, Srilankan soldiers showed an identity card and steel plate which identifies that the dead is Prabhakaran. But the point is that steel plate looked very new which made the news channel, People and media to think.

Question No.2: How exactly he was killed? He committed suicide or killed by army?

Reason for question: At first army announced that Prabhakaran was blown up in an ambulance while trying to flee and they have recovered his body. But the dead body which they shown don’t even has a single burn apart from a close head shot.

Question No.3: Prabhakaran killed on May 18^th or 19^th or even before?

Reason for question: On 18^th, army announced that Prabhakaran has been killed and they have recovered his body. But later on 19^th they stated that Prabhakaran body was found today. This is the point where people and everyone got confused.

Question No.4: How come Prabhakaran’s face looking clean shaved in the battle field?

Reason for question: In that footage we can clearly see that Prabhakaran is clean shaved. Will a leader spend time for shaving his face when is on hunt by army ? That’s the point where people getting confused whether it is the dead body of Prabhakaran or not.

Question No.5: How come the army soldiers able to move the dead body’s head so easily?

Reason for question: As most of us know, it’s not that much easy to move the parts of a dead body as the Srilankan soldiers did. But the Lankan soldiers moved it so easily.

Question No.6: How come Srilanka able to do DNA test so soon?

Reason for question: Srilankan army confirmed that the dead person is Prabhakaran after doing the DNA test. Actually DNA test takes more time, but surprisingly the Lankan army did that test very soon. No one knows how they were able to do that.

Question No.7: Why didn't the army show the dead bodies of Natesan, Soosai and Pottu Amman?

Reason for question: Srilankan force stated that they killed Prabhakaran, his son Charles, Natesan, Soosai and Pottu Amman. But they showed only the dead bodies of Charles and Prabhakaran.

Question No.8: Why does Srilankan government not allowing any international media inside?

Reason for question: Srilankan government is not allowing any other international media including Indian media to enter their country. Even in World War II, media has been allowed to show what is happening in battle field. If Srilankan army is not killing innocent tamil people then why they are not allowing the media inside.

Question No.9: Why did Srilankan President Rajapaksha formally announce Prabhakaran’s death?

Reason for question: Rajapaksha didn’t speak about Prabhakaran’s death in the meeting and he just stated that LTTE has been defeated.

All these questions which are not properly answered by the Srilankan army and LTTE's 'chief negotiator' & 'international spokesperson’ statement & other LTTE supportes also made the people to believe that Prabhakaran is still alive. There are also some news emerging that Prabhakaran escaped via secret path in the fort built by portuguese. For the LTTE supporters Prabhakaran is alive and for others he is dead & no more available to fight.

Whatever may be only the President Rajapaksha, his army soldiers and dead or alive Prabhakaran only knows the truth. But one thing is sure that is”Truth can’t be hidden for longtime”.
